Κοίταξέ την πώς σερβίρει πιο χλωμή κι απ την σκιά της
πως κρατάει ψηλά το δίσκο και την αξιοπρέπειά της

Όμως κι αυτή θα έχει πονέσει, κάποιος τύπος θα είν' στη μέση,
από αυτούς στα γυμναστήρια, στης έβγας τα πρατήρια
που θα την ήθελε πιο χάρτινη και πιο ξανθιά και πιο γυμνή
και βέβαια ποτέ δεν θα της είπε "Σ' αγαπώ"
Απλώς θα βρήκε κάποιαν άλλη από μιαν άλλη γειτονιά
και θα την άφησαν στα μαύρα της τα χάλια...

Απόψε φεύγει κάποιο τρένο, για ένα τόπο ωραίο και ξένο
αλλά εσύ πρώτη φορά νιώθεις πως όλα εδώ συμβαίνουν
Χριστός γεννάται σε ένα μήνα, κι ότι εύχεσαι ξεκίνα
όλα θα 'ναι πάντα μαύρα μα θα κρύβουν μια φωτιά
